Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) Compliance, Student Right to Know, Consumer Information
Higher Education Opportunity Act — 2008 On August 14, 2008, the Higher Education Opportunity Act became law, reauthorizing the Higher Education Act for the first time since 1998. This law is intended to help students and parents make better-informed decisions about higher education. With this goal in mind, Camden County College has developed this Web site to better inform students, parents, and the College. NJ Parent & Student Consumer Information Act
The Parent and Student Consumer Information Act (P.L. 2021, c.349), a law originally passed in 2009, requires institutions to provide information to the public concerning student loan indebtedness, cost of attendance, graduation rates, and faculty composition.
Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act
In accordance with the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act, information about athletic program participation rates and financial support is reported annually by Camden County College and is available through the U.S. Department of Education.
